The Registration dates and costs are as follows.
Early Bird Dec 17- Jan 6 $250
Regular Registration Jan 7- Feb 24 $300
Late Registration After Feb 24 $325

We will also except postdated cheques up until March 1st 2011.

Don't forget a post dated cheque for $150 EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT.
Make the Cheque out to WMFA and dated for August 1st, 2011.
Cheques can be submitted on equipment fitting night.

Children's Fitness Tax Credit
The Government of Canada proposes to allow, starting in 2008, a non-refundable tax credit on eligible amounts of up to $500 paid by parents to register a child, who is under 16, at any time during the year, in an eligible program of physical activity.

To qualify, a program must be ongoing (either a minimum of eight weeks duration with a minimum of one session per week or, in the case of children s camps, five consecutive days) and substantially all of the activities must include a significant amount of physical activity that contributes to cardio-respiratory endurance plus one or more of: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, or balance.

While the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will administer the credit, organizations are in the best position to determine eligibility. The CRA will work with organizations in the coming months to assist them in determining whether a particular program qualifies.

REGISTRATION POLICY
C. EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT: i. ALL TACKLE PROGRAM REGISTRANTS SHALL PROVIDE THE W.M.F.A. WITH A POST DATED CHEQUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 AS A PLAYER EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT.
ii. THE CHEQUE SHALL BE DATED FOR SEVEN (7) DAYS FOLLOWING THE AGREED EQUIPMENT RETURN DATE.
iii. THE EQUIPMENT DIRECTOR SHALL, PRIOR TO THE TACKLE PROGRAM EQUIPMENT HAND OUT DATE, PROVIDE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH A EQUIPMENT RETURN DATE.

D. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:
i. ANY W.M.F.A. PLAYER EQUIPMENT THAT IS LOST; OR DAMAGED AS THE RESULT OF A NON‐W.M.F.A. EVENT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE PLAYER.
ii. NO REPLACEMENT PLAYER EQUIPMENT WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE W.M.F.A. RECEIVES FULL REPLACEMENT PAYMENT.



REFUND POLICY

It is the policy of the Woodstock Minor Football Association, that refunds only be given out according to the policy.
