| Adult Flag Football |
Registration is now open for the 2012 Adult flag football season.
The last day registrations will be accepted is January 20th, 2012.
Team and individual registrations are available. If you are interested in playing but do not have a team, please feel free to email us, we will register you and place you with a team. Team signups are welcome. If teams have a sponsor for their team, the sponsor’s name will be used for the team name and all media exposure. If there are any businesses that are interested in sponsoring a team in the league, please feel free to contact Gord Romanick or Joe Brown to discuss the details.

Co-Ed Recreational Division
• Thursday Nights, 8-10.
• February 2nd – May 3rd
• 11 Weeks of regular season games, 3 weeks of playoffs.
• Played indoors at Cowan field.
• 1 Hour games, Teams will have a 8 or 9pm start time.
• 5 on 5.
• Teams are a minimum of 5, maximum of 10.
• Co-Ed format.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• All games will be refereed by trained officials.
• Minimum 1 female player per team
• Each team must have a female player for the game
• All equipment and team shirts provided
Competitive Division
• Saturday Nights, 8-10pm.
• February 4th – May 5th
• 11 Weeks of regular season games, 3 weeks of playoffs.
• Played indoors at Cowan field.
• 1 Hour games, Teams will have a 8 or 9pm start time.
• 4 on 4
• Teams are a minimum of 5, maximum of 10.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• All games will be refereed by trained officials.
• All equipment and team shirts provided
Team Sponsors:
We are looking for sponsors for each team, the cost to sponsor a team is $250. If a team would like to register and provide their own sponsor, $150 of the sponsorship fee will go towards the team’s registration fee.
Registration
$100 Per Person or $1000 per team.
- Each player must complete an individual registration form and a signed insurance form.
- Team captains, Please complete a team registration form for your team.
